Kadokawa announced the television anime adaptation of Hidenori Yamaji's manga, Soara and the House of Monsters, with a 2027 premiere. The anime's teaser video, visual, cast, and staff were revealed. The story follows Soara, a skilled fighter, and Kirik, a dwarf with construction skills, as they build homes for monsters instead of fighting them. Seven Seas Entertainment licenses the manga, which launched in November 2021 and has seven volumes released. The anime stars Ikumi Hasegawa as Soara and Ayumu Murase as Kirik, with Takaharu Ozaki directing at FelixFilm. Ayumu Hisao handles the series scripts, Tomoko Iwasa designs the characters, and Hinako Tsubakiyama composes the music. The manga's English release is available through Seven Seas Entertainment.
