Place Broccoli florets in the food processor until it is finely chopped. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Place Broccoli florets, onion and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
Add sunflower seeds and almonds.
Drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar over top. Mix well.
Add salt, pepper and turmeric and toss well.
This is great by itself as a meal any time of the day! It also works well as a side with soup, sandwiches or rice dish. Add Bacon, feta or fruit to create a fun flavor as well.
