Roasted Turnips

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Turnip Can cut up small white or purple turnips as well
  • Varied Olive Oil
  • Varied Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice turnips into edible pieces.

  2. Toss in olive oil and himalayan salt. 

  3. Place on parchment in a preheated oven for 35 mins. Eat warm from pan!
