Plant-based Thanksgiving Day Menu

There are so many benefits from plants! This year my family and I are trying to reduce our animal products and eat more plant-based foods. I wanted to put a plant-based holiday menu together, so I am starting with Thanksgiving this year. We usually host thanksgiving with lots of people, so this menu is big. If you are a smaller family or only host a few people, pick your favorites out and enjoy!
