Fennel Lemonade


Fennel Lemonade

This recipe will require a juicer. If you have a vitamix blender, you may blend all of the ingredients, but will get a different consistency with all fibers. This juice is great for cleansing the body on a daily basis and also can be used as a coffee replacement when fasting. This juice is loved by both kids and adults!

  • 1 Fennel Bulb
  • 1/2 Organic Green Apple Can add more for desired taste of sweetness
  • 2 Lemon (peeled)
  • 1 Lime (peeled)
  • 1 Organic Persian Cucumber Can use any small cucumber
  • Varies Fresh Mint Leaves Optional


  1. Juice each ingredient as ordered above. 

  2. Enjoy immediately after juiced for optimal nutrients. 

  3. Add fresh mint leaves and crushed iced for the perfect fennel lemonade!

Recipe Notes

This juice can be diluted with filtered water to increase the amount or to store for later. You may also add stevia for more sweetness or add more green apple. Fresh ginger and turmeric are also great add ins. To absorb the most nutrients, you will want to juice the items and drink immediately. This drink is great for a morning or evening tonic before meals or for an afternoon jolt of energy. Enjoy!
